Sizzling Beef & Pepper Stir-Fry Noodles
Bold, savoury beef with a rich dark sauce over springy noodles. Better than a takeaway and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 pack eeZee Beef Noodles
- 650g beef steak or stir-fry strips, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce or dark soy sauce
- 4 pinch chilli flakes
- 4 spring onion, sliced, to serve
Method
Par-cook the noodles: Cook 4 pack eeZee Beef Noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes (slightly underdone). Drain and set aside, reserving the seasoning sachet.

Sear the beef: Heat 4 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok or heavy frying pan over very high heat. Add beef stir-fry strips, thinly sliced in a single layer and leave untouched for 1 minute to get a good sear. Toss and cook for 1 minute more. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, sliced onion, and green pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the onion softens and starts to colour.

Return the beef to the pan. Add the noodles, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce or dark soy sauce, chilli flakes, and the seasoning sachet. Toss everything together over high heat for 1–2 minutes until glossy and well combined.
Serve: Serve immediately topped with sliced spring onion, to serve.

NOTES
For the most tender beef, slice against the grain and as thinly as you can. A very hot pan is key — don’t overcrowd it or the beef will steam rather than fry. Rump or sirloin work best.
